Exhibition Registration

If you have more than one photograph selected for the exhibition, please submit a separate registration form for each photograph.

Information you need to provide:

  • Name, e-mail address, city, country (USA: city, state abbreviation, USA)

  • Title and year of your photograph

  • The price of your photograph: Please indicate the price of a numbered and signed print (see edition information below). In case of a sales inquiry we will promptly contact you. (Exhibition prints are never sold.) LOOK commission is 30%. Please give the price in US $. The indicated price is for sales inquiries only, and it will not be shown on our site. (If your photograph is not for sale, please write "not for sale".)

  • Print type, print size.

Examples:

  • 1) Title, 2019, 250 USD // Archival Pigment Print, 11 x 14in.

  • 2) Untitled No. 3, from the series "Series Title", 2014, 600 USD // Silver Gelatin Print, 20 x 24 in

Explanation (print type, print size, edition information):

  • Print type: c-print, gelatin silver print, giclée (archival pigment) print, etc. If you send us a file to have your exhibition copy printed, then your exhibition copy will be a high (exhibition) quality C-print. However, as your exhibition print is not for sale, you can indicate the type of print you want to offer in case of a sales inquiry. It can be a giclée (archival pigment) print or some other type of archival quality print as well.

  • Print size: On our site we will indicate the print size in inches. Please follow this order when giving your print size: height x width.

  • If your work is not for sale, then please indicate "AP" without edition information.

Please note that it is very important that you provide the correct information, especially in case of the title of your work. We will use this information for the exhibition catalogue as well.

Sizing your exhibition print

This is an example for sizing your exhibition print (in Photoshop):

  • Please prepare your high-resolution file. Your print should be properly (and precisely) sized, without any borders, according to the print size you provided on your registration form. Please make sure that the information on the registration form is identical with the document (print) size set in your editing software. Resolution should be 300 ppi (pixels per inch). If your file size does not allow for this resolution, then provide the highest resolution possible, up to 300 ppi. However, please do not upload files with resolution higher than 300 ppi. Profile: sRGB. We prefer TIFF files for having exhibition copies printed. Please use other file formats (JPEG) only if it is absolutely necessary, but if your original file is JPEG, then you do not need to convert it to TIFF.
